Getting started

  1. Stand your phone up about 2–3 meters away, facing you, with the front camera toward your workout space.
  2. Open SquatCounter and grant camera access when prompted.
  3. Step back until your whole body is in frame — the screen shows “STEP BACK — CAN'T SEE YOU” until it can see you clearly.
  4. Start squatting. The big number counts each rep, with a ding and a buzz.
